Fine dining in Brasília
Creativity, flavours and textures in a multi-course menu, renewed every three months.
The arrival
We welcome sixteen people a night
The house is small and works for few tables a night. That changes how much time the team has for each one, and it is what lets us lead the whole evening, from the first moment to the last.
The menu stays secret until service: each dish reveals itself as it reaches the table. The surprise is part of what you are coming for.
The people serving know every step of the night.

Seasons
The menu changes completely every three months
There are four seasons a year. Three of them are entirely new, and those dishes do not come back afterwards.
The fourth falls around 23 June, the day the house opened. It is the only one where we revisit the dishes that marked the years before.
Next season
We write when the next one opens
If you could not find a date, leave your email. We write when reservations for the following season open. One message per season, nothing else.
Dishes
Past seasons
None of these is on the menu today. They show how we cook, without giving away what is coming.

To drink
The list
Labels from Brazil, the Americas and Europe, signature cocktails and alcohol-free options.
The wine journeys follow the menu course by course, served glass by glass. They are presented together with the menu, and the choice is yours.
